ImgMuse provides tools for creating ecommerce product photos from product images, reference images, style templates, and related prompts. By using ImgMuse, you understand that we may process the information needed to provide, secure, improve, and support the service.
Information we collect
We may collect the following categories of information:
- Account information: name, email address, avatar, login provider identifiers, and session information when you sign in.
- Content you provide: product images, reference images, image URLs, style selections, prompts, generated images, saved inspirations, and related metadata.
- Usage information: pages visited, tools used, generation requests, error logs, device/browser information, approximate location derived from IP address, and technical diagnostics.
- Billing information: plan, subscription status, payment events, and payment processor records when paid plans are available. We do not intentionally store full payment card numbers.
How we use information
- Provide and operate image generation, style analysis, account, and saved asset features.
- Maintain security, prevent abuse, troubleshoot errors, and enforce our Terms of Service.
- Improve product quality, user experience, generation reliability, and template recommendations.

We do not sell your uploaded product images as standalone assets. We may share information with:

- Payment processors and fraud prevention vendors when paid services are used.
- Legal, safety, or compliance parties when required by law or necessary to protect rights and users.
Your content and generated outputs
You are responsible for ensuring you have the rights needed to upload product photos, reference images, brand assets, logos, and other materials. We process submitted content to provide the requested service. Generated outputs may depend on your inputs, selected styles, third-party services, and model behavior.
Data retention
We keep information only as long as reasonably needed for the purposes described in this policy, including account operation, saved assets, security, legal compliance, backups, dispute resolution, and product improvement. You may request deletion of account-related data by contacting us.
Your choices
- You may sign out, clear cookies, or adjust browser settings to limit certain local storage.
- You may request access, correction, export, or deletion of personal information where applicable.
- You may opt out of some personalized advertising through Google or industry choice tools.
