Agreement to these terms
These Terms of Service apply when you access or use ImgMuse, including our website, product photo studio, inspiration library, image generation features, saved assets, and related services. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the service.
What ImgMuse provides
ImgMuse helps users create ecommerce product photos and marketing visuals from product images, reference images, visual style templates, text selections, and related settings. The service may include AI-assisted style analysis, image generation, variation generation, asset storage, and account features.
Accounts and security
- You are responsible for the accuracy of account information you provide.
- You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping login access secure.
- You must notify us promptly if you believe your account has been accessed without permission.
- We may suspend or limit accounts that violate these terms, create risk, or abuse the service.
Your content
You retain ownership of product photos, reference images, brand assets, prompts, and other materials you submit, subject to the rights you grant us below. You represent that you have the rights and permissions needed to upload and use your content with ImgMuse.
You grant ImgMuse a limited, worldwide, non-exclusive license to host, store, process, display, reproduce, modify, and create outputs from your submitted content as needed to operate, secure, support, and improve the service.
Generated outputs
Subject to your compliance with these terms, you may use generated outputs for ecommerce, product marketing, advertising tests, social media, and store content. You are responsible for reviewing outputs before use, including checking label accuracy, product appearance, claims, trademarks, regulatory requirements, and any third-party rights.
AI-generated outputs may be imperfect, unexpected, similar to other outputs, or unsuitable for a particular commercial use. ImgMuse does not guarantee that generated outputs are unique, legally clear, or appropriate for every advertising platform, marketplace, or jurisdiction.
Acceptable use
You agree not to use ImgMuse to:
- Upload content you do not have permission to use.
- Infringe intellectual property, publicity, privacy, or other rights.
- Create deceptive product claims, false advertising, counterfeit goods, or misleading endorsements.
- Generate illegal, harmful, exploitative, hateful, adult, violent, or abusive content.
- Attempt to reverse engineer, overload, scrape, disrupt, or compromise the service.
- Bypass usage limits, payment requirements, safety systems, or access controls.
Subscriptions, credits, and payments
Free and paid plans may include usage limits, credits, feature access, or generation quotas. Prices, features, limits, and billing periods may change as the product evolves. If paid subscriptions are offered, billing, renewal, cancellation, and refund terms will be shown at checkout or in your account area.
Third-party services
ImgMuse may rely on third-party providers for authentication, hosting, storage, analytics, payments, image processing, AI generation, advertising, and other service operations. Your use of those integrated features may also be subject to the relevant third party's terms and policies.
Intellectual property
ImgMuse, including our site design, software, workflows, templates, branding, and non-user content, is owned by ImgMuse or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, resell, or misuse the service except as allowed by these terms.
Disclaimers
The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, error-free outputs, specific marketing performance, approval by advertising platforms, marketplace acceptance, or fitness for a particular purpose.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, ImgMuse will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost revenue, lost data, business interruption, or reputational harm arising from your use of the service.
Termination
You may stop using ImgMuse at any time. We may suspend, limit, or terminate access if we believe you have violated these terms, created risk, caused harm, or used the service in a way that may expose ImgMuse, users, or third parties to liability.
Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms of Service as ImgMuse changes. The updated date above shows when the latest version took effect. Continued use of the service after updates means you accept the revised terms.
